Book a Tour

Please understand our cancellation policy prior to booking: Because we are making our tour guides and our drivers block their time/day for you, be advised: (we think our policy is fair for everyone) we will provide you with an 80% refund if you cancel 48 hours before your first day of tours or your only single day tour; after that, no refunds are given. Please be advised, if you are traveling in a group, and some but not all cancel, no refunds are given if we are continuing to provide the tour service for the rest of the group. We appreciate your understanding.

Entrance to museums, parks, and attractions are the responsibility of the guest. Since some attendees don't go, it's our guests responsibilities for entry fees. If we take the metro or the cable cars, we provide those passes as part of our tour. Most entry fees here in Medellin are minimal, so if you want to know, ask us during booking or speak to the tour guide. 

If you book one of our specific food tours or fruit tasting tours or coffee tasting tours, those fees are included in the tour price. However, during any other tour, meals or snacks are the guests responsibilities. Tips are appreciated, not just for our tour guides and our drivers, but to anyone else who services you during your tour. Thank you!
